Data Deletion
You can delete your Predrop data at any time. There are three ways to do it, described below. However you request it, your data is deleted within 30 days and we confirm by email.
Method 01
Delete in the Predrop app
Open Settings, choose Disconnect Instagram, then choose Delete Account. Disconnecting removes your Instagram data and access token; deleting your account removes everything associated with your Predrop account.
Method 02
Email us
Send an email to hello@magnacollective.xyz with the subject “Delete my data.” Please send it from the email address associated with your account so we can verify the request.
Method 03
Remove Predrop in Instagram
In Instagram, go to Settings → Apps and websites and remove Predrop. This deauthorizes the app and triggers deletion of your data.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we remove the data Predrop holds for you, including:
- your Instagram profile, media, and insights data;
- your stored Instagram access token;
- your account and authentication details;
- your history, computed scores, baselines, insights, and simulation results.
How long it takes
Your data is deleted within 30 days of your request. Once deletion is complete, we send a confirmation email.
Disconnecting vs. deleting
Disconnecting Instagram stops Predrop’s access to your Instagram account and removes your Instagram data and access token. Deleting your account removes everything, including your account, history, insights, and simulation results.
